The Essential plan sends alerts by email. Pro and Business add Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, Google Chat and webhook. Pro and Business include SMS credits for critical alerts, grouped into one SMS per person per day. Each team turns on the channels it uses, and can combine several.
No alert is lost. They continue by email and on your other channels until your credits renew, and stay visible on the dashboard. You're notified at 80% of your credits. SMS are grouped: one per recipient per day, even when several domains expire.
